Dear Saint Pancras Parishioners, Alumni, Friends:
Please join us as we remember John Palmato Jr. John tragically passed away February 13, 2005 after a valiant fight against Leukemia. His strength and courage during a difficult time will always be remembered. Our Parish’s annual golf outing will be in the memory of John Palmato Jr... John loved everything about Saint Pancras, his friends, teachers, Church and his C.Y.O. teams. On Monday, May 18, 2009 we invite you to join us at the St. Pancras Golf Outing in the memory of John Palmato Jr. at Forest Park Golf Course. The day includes 7AM check-in, Continental breakfast, Free Golf Outing souvenir, 8:00AM Shotgun start, All par 3’s will include Hole-in-One prizes including $10,000.00, raffles (too many to list), food on the golf course followed by a luncheon in the St Pancras School Gymnasium including open bar. Saint Pancras School is celebrating its 100th Graduating class in June and has been a true beacon in our community. What better way to take part in your schools fundraising efforts then by going out and playing a round of golf and supporting the school you have chosen to educate your children. Over the last seven years the Saint Pancras Golf Outing has raised over $70,000.00. To continue with this fund raising effort, we will need your assistance. You can play golf by entering a foursome, threesome, twosome or by yourself, and / or request that your place of business, neighbor, friend or relative and ask them take out a sponsorship. If each family secured a sponsorship at the par level we could raise over $35,000 in one year. Think about how $35,000 would help our children and keep tuition increases at a minimum. All it takes is a call. All sponsorships are tax deductible to the full extent of the law.
Please join us for this day of fun. You will see old friends, and perhaps make some new ones. All are welcome! There will be prizes and fun for all!

Par- Tee or Green Sponsor $150. This will include a half page (2’x2.5’) ad in the program, a sign on a tee or green, lunch at the conclusion of the outing and a certificate of appreciation to display in your place of business. (Tax Deductible).

Birdie- Fairway sponsor $275. This will include a full page (4’x5’) ad in the program, a sign on a fairway, lunch at the conclusion of the outing and a certificate of appreciation to display in your place of business. (Tax Deductible).

Eagle- $600. This will include a full page ad in the program, a plaque with your companies name and lunch at the conclusion of the outing. (Tax Deductible).

19th Hole- Luncheon sponsor $1,250. This will include a full page ad in the program, a foursome to participate in the outing, a sign on a tee or green, lunch at the conclusion of the outing and a plaque of appreciation to display in your place of business. (Tax Deductible).
